If you would like to add email to your hosting (which are included free BTW) then it is easy to set up and add email accounts. If you are using the hosting provided in your web package, you are using CPanel to manage your account.
Follow these instructions in setting up or managing your email accounts.

Add, edit settings and delete email accounts
Step one Login to your cpanel hosting account (your domain name/cpanel example www.yourdomain.com/cpanel- enter in your user name and password)
Look for email settings and click on email accounts
Add an email account to the top portion of the page.
Manage your email accounts at the bottom of the page.
